James Gandolfini (natural September 18, 1961) is an American actor of Italian Catholic descent.
Although he acted in Broadway and in various films in the 1990s, Gandolfini's most-acclaimed role is that of Tony Soprano, the Mafia boss and personal human in the multi-award-winning HBO series The Sopranos, which debuted in 1999. He has since acted inside films like 8 MM, The Mexican and ''The Man Who Wasn't There.
He was innate around Westwood, New Jersey, grew up within Park Ridge, New Jersey, and currently sleep in New York City. James holds the Bachelor of Arts Degree around Communications from either Rutgers University.
